What the guarantee covers
AMISA offers a voluntary compliment guarantee for selected perfumes for a period of 30 days from delivery.
If you do not receive a compliment on the fragrance you purchased from AMISA within this period, you can make a claim under this guarantee subject to the following conditions.
The guarantee applies exclusively to the respective fragrance for which it was expressly offered at the time of purchase.
Conditions
The guarantee can only be claimed by the original purchaser.
The fragrance must have been used as intended during the guarantee period.
At the time of making a claim under the guarantee, no more than one-quarter (25%) of the original bottle may have been used. The bottle must therefore still contain at least 75% of its original contents.
The bottle must be returned in the event of a cancellation
AMISA is entitled to check the fill level of the bottle to verify the conditions of the guarantee.
The guarantee does not apply if the statement that no compliment was received is clearly untrue or made in bad faith.
Making a claim
To make a claim under the guarantee, contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

At AMISA's request, suitable photos of the bottle and its current fill level may be submitted to verify the guarantee.
Remedy under the guarantee
If all the conditions of the guarantee are met, we will refund the purchase price actually paid for the fragrance concerned.
No limitation of statutory rights
This voluntary guarantee is in addition to the consumer's statutory rights.
In particular, statutory warranty and rights regarding defects are not limited by this guarantee.
Exercising statutory rights is free of charge and is not dependent on exercising this guarantee.
Geographical scope
The guarantee applies to purchases made through the amisa.store online shop and delivered to a delivery address within the scope of application.
No cash payment
No cash payment is possible under the guarantee. As a general rule, the refund will be made using the original payment method, insofar as this is technically and legally possible.
